North Cornwall is facing an infrastructure emergency. Thousands of new homes are planned while our roads, schools, healthcare, sewage systems and other essential infrastructure really struggles to keep pace.

North Cornwall needs new homes in the right places, with real infrastructure in place, yet developers are still being allowed to build without the infrastructure communities need.

Ben Maguire MP is calling on housing developers to support vital local infrastructure, including education, healthcare and transport alongside the homes they build.
